Kelly Holdsworth is an accredited design professional and design leader with 25 years of experience building high-performing design teams and delivering complex, high-speed development programs for leading global restaurant brands.
Her experience includes leadership roles with Starbucks Coffee Company in Canada, Chick-fil-A in the US Northeast, and her current role as a NE Regional Design Manager with Chipotle, where she leads design strategy and project execution across key markets on several cross-functional teams.
Kelly specializes in connecting design, real estate, construction, and operations to turn ambitious growth strategies into successful restaurants—balancing brand, customer experience, speed, quality, and business performance. She is passionate about building strong teams, simplifying complex processes, and creating design solutions that perform at scale.
